Advice about the Real Estate Market for 2009?
I am having to find part time jobs. I am a real estate licensee, and I am having little luck making any money right now.
Where are we going in the real estate market? Are there any buyers out there? Can real estate agents make a living? Do you think people are going to rent rather than own right now, and if so, how would a real estate agent make a profit off of rentals?
Yeah! I guess the Realtor who work for the banks are so busy handling the foreclosure sales now while other independent agents might get no luck finding business. Maybe you can consider helping LL to manage their rental property since you have the license. You may consider charging less than 10% to try to attract the LL. Make sure you know all about screening tenant/contract/eviction cos’ the eviction rate is sky high in nowaday market.
