Is this beneficial to purchase..? Real Estate deal?

What kind of market value can I expect from like 2-3 from now…? It is a newly built 2009 townhome, 2 floors, 1 garage, great community, in Florida, Tampa ( At Falkenburg Road, 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, etc etc…? thanks any hints/ideaS?

No one really knows what the market will be like in 2 or 3 years. Right now real estate prices in Tampa are really depressed so it is hard to imagine that they will go much lower. Right now the economy is in really bad shape but the financial sector is at least stabilized for the near term and things may be picking up a little.

You need to compare the property to others that have sold in the area recently(after the crash). If it is the same or less then it probably is a good buy.
